People keep asking me "Where is Naruto?"

How should I know where Naruto is? One might assume that he is in the Leaf Village. They might try looking there. I understand that, since I am a ninja, I might perhaps have some insight into his whereabouts. I do not, nor do I care to. I can't imagine he'd be too hard to find, with his abrasive voice and that bright orange number he wears.

But I get other comments about other characters too. "Where's Ichigo?", "Where's Luffy?", "Where's Kenshin?", "Where's Mr. Popo?"

Ok, I made that last one up. Nobody actually said anything about Mr. Popo. Poor Mr. Popo.

What I think they are actually saying is "Why did you not draw *whoever their favorite character is* in "The Justice League of Anime?"

I submitted that artwork in 2008 and I've gotten a lot of great comments on it. I love that, it's great! But these "Where's so-and-so?" comments are really annoying and pretty disappointing when I check my messages. Is that really the only comment someone can muster up? Especially after I provided a detailed explanation on why I picked those 7 characters and included links to information about them?

So I'm using the premium forum feature to address this issue. Please read it and join in on the discussion. ninjatron.deviantart.com/journ…

From now on, I'm just going to post a link to that forum post as a reply to anyone who asks such questions. I expect to greatly enjoy the backlash is causes. Of course, the reading comprehension of some of these people seems woefully limited, so maybe not.

Looks like I recently surpassed 40,000 page views. That's pretty cool. Thanks very much to all of the supporters who have visited. Even those of you who just come to say "Thanks for the llama!" after I posted a very obvious message saying that was unnecessary (speaking of reading comprehension).

I think this line-up is wonderful. You pretty much picked all the best ones in my opinion. And, who is the hell cares where Naruto is? To me, these look like all the classics. Good anime. I'm sorry. I really have nothing against the japanese version or the manga.Never really was a fan of either, but the dubbed version was horrible. Also, last time I check, it wasn't a classic or at least I don't consider it one. "Justice League" is suppose to be the 'big boys/girls', as well. The best of the best. Naruto isn't that.
